According to what Shin published, the assistant can use its own email to communicate with a restaurant about a special order, inquire with a store about the availability of a particular product, or even subscribe to a service it needs to complete an assigned task. This capability makes the user experience smoother, as they don't have to manually log in or provide their data each time.

How Does the System Work in Practice?

The feature isn't limited to sending emails; it also allows users to forward their messages to the assistant when specific information is needed to complete a task. For example, if a user wants the assistant to handle returning a product, they simply forward the order confirmation email to the «Instinct» inbox, and it will carry out the following steps:

• Contact customer support and provide the order details.
• Ask whether the user prefers a refund or an exchange.
• Obtain the return label and make it available for printing.

The assistant's email can also be added to group chats to keep track of exchanged information, or long message threads can be sent to it for reference, such as inquiring about decisions still pending or tasks due and their deadlines.
