Workflow Description
A manual demo that processes approval decision events (approve/reject) for support tickets. It normalizes ticket IDs and decisions, checks the approver and timestamp, and builds approval card text. Valid decisions map to Approved or Rejected, invalid ones to Needs Review. A final node returns one report with an audit log keeping only the first decision per ticket, plus skipped duplicates and validation errors. It sends no messages and updates no external systems.
