Project Description

Dorak is a specialized platform for managing queues at gas stations. It offers customers a simple interface for advance booking and live queue position tracking, reducing wait times and enhancing customer experience. The platform features real-time notifications for queue updates and a responsive design compatible with all smart devices. It serves both gas station customers and station operators in efficiently managing visitor flow.

Challenges & Solutions

  • Real-time location updates and synchronization across multiple stations: Built an efficient processing system using Laravel to handle instant queue updates without lag.
  • User-friendly interface design across different devices: Implemented TailwindCSS to ensure seamless experience on phones, tablets, and web platforms.
